Frequently Asked Questions
When does the The Resilient Woman Code happen?
This is an 8-week program. The live sessions are on each Thursday from 7:00-8:30pm EST on March 11, 2021 through to April 29, 2021.
How much time will I need to schedule for this program?
Each of the live weekly sessions is 90 minutes on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm EST for 8 weeks.
What if I can't attend a live session?
Live sessions are recorded each week and uploaded to the dashboard where you can view them after for a limited time. Live attendance is encouraged to benefit from the community connection.
What if I don't have any health issues? Would I benefit?
Great question! Anytime is a good time to learn more about the mind-body connection. You don't need to have any health issues to benefit from gaining knowledge about your health.
Is there any support available if I have questions or feel stuck?
Yes! There's a private group community chat for your 8 weeks of the program to interact between live sessions. Each live session is also an opportunity for conversation, connection & support.
Will I have access to Dr. Tara Guzzo, N.D., R.Ac.?
Tara will be teaching & facilitating each live session, plus the community chat room. She welcomes interactions and questions here. Since this is not a medical appointment, no medical advice will be given.
